Hello dearies , are you in the habit of not eating breakfast? Perhaps you skip breakfast because you have been told doing that will help you burn your belly fat quickly, oh dear that's not true. You probably heard this many times from your mother growing " breakfast is the most important meal of the day " " don't skip breakfast" yeah yeah she was right.

I understand that fixing breakfast takes up precious time that's in short supply. But there is an ample evidence that the simple act of eating breakfast every day is a big part of losing weight, lots of weight. Skipping breakfast doesn't help cut out calories like many people think. When I was younger I used to think skipping breakfast will make me slimmer but I was actually getting fatter by the day.. Lol funny but true. Its no use starving the brain of the nutrionally necessary energy, derivable from glucose, when you wake up in the morning.
Its best to make wise food choices. Always consider the place of protein in breakfast meals. Eggs and steak can do the trick.

1. Breakfast reduces the feeling of hunger through the day
2. It would also help in making better choices when deciding on what to eat either as lunch, snack or supper
3. Those who STARVE in the morning tend to consume more when eventually they want to eat .
Remember breakfast doesn't need to be elaborate or time consuming in fact the simpler the better.
